Don’t tell her husband or daughter but Food is probably Delfina’s greatest love. While you probably dream about flying, Delfina dreams about Food; and while most of us (if we read at all) enjoy novels, she devours cookbooks (and can taste the recipes as she reads). An accomplished Chef, Delfina hosts cooking and baking classes and caters at events. She has an abiding fascination for the cuisines of the world and has lived in Hong Kong, Sydney, London and Buenos Aires on the way to her current home in Los Angeles, California.

Dell, How do I thank Simon for this brilliant idea? Every foodie in the world will be singing your praises along with me- your number one fan. Someone needs to make this into a cookbook and a website…Love hank

Now, THIS is genius. I love the template you chose, the name is perfect, and the only thing that’s missing is a feedburner e-mail subscription option so I can get updates delivered right into my inbox! Pretty please?

I was also going to suggest RSS so that I can receive posts straight into my box! Until then, there’s always your Twitter links 🙂

Hi! I’m a friend of Lia’s and she directed me to your blog. It’s beautiful! The pictures make me hungry and I’m a vegetarian! (Had hopes for the tofu recipe, but, alas, beef!) LOL However, you go girl! If you ever post something completely vegetarian let me know. Keep blogging. 🙂
